Everyone that I have ever known that went there has really enjoyed it.
 
Benny, when you have a minute... I don't have any spices short of Asian spices and salt pepper and season salt... Can you please send me a list of dried seasoning I need in my house. Trying to broaden my horizon.

But of corse
Dry spice
Cumin - in powder - excellent for fish, and meat dishes.eggs
Caraway- poultry, meat, fish, eggs.
Turmeric- poultry, vegetables.
Bay leaf- pasta sauce, meat ect.
Cinnamon- some chicken dishes
Fennel seeds - excellent in sausage, and minced meat.
Hot paprika - almost in everything.
Mustard seeds- mostly in red meat.

Fresh spice:
Grow them yourself
Sage- fish ,red meat, lamb.fishe, pasta....
Tarragon- EXCELLENT with poultry, salads,
Basil- the king of herbs! You name it!
Mint- salads, tea,
Parsley, cilantro, dill,....a lot of things!
Artemisia- wormwood tea.
