Any ideas what I can do with left over sirloin steaks I grilled last night?

how about slicing them up and using them on a salad....

Hot beef salad. The steaks are perfect for that. Fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, chili peppers and thinly sliced cucumbers and cilantro. Easy breezy and yummy!

How about a salad dressing with an  A1 sauce like base.

balsamic, olive oil, cracked pepper, charred rosemary, a1, stone ground mustard.
Mix everything but oil.
Incorporate oil as you whisk to thicken and bring to desired consistency.
To tart and you can add a little more oil or a pinch of sugar think it should have enough sweetness from the a1 tho.
And you'll get a nice smokey flavor from it as well as the charred rosemary.
