Automatic chicken door issues

Hard part will be finding the right brush. Might need to get a few small ones.
Well don't I feel like a jerk. Completely forgot that they sell door sweeps that have bristles. Made from aluminum, the can be cut to fit and easy to drill through. You can go to home depot and feel the stiffyness. Make sure to set the just above the track and a bit past it. If you need a visual I can draw it up. Last, if your door is a single door the you might have either cut the bar just short of the compression side or cut the bristles, You don't want the jamming the door so it won't close all the way. If it is 2 doors, that meet in the middle, then you might have to cut the tips of the bristles in the center.

I have 2 Omlet doors on my coop/run. I have them mounted on the outside of the coop to prevent any litter intrusion...I did think something had gotten in the tracks on one so I took that canned air like you clean a computer with and blasted it. Seems fine now, that's only been once and I think it was a leaf that the wind blew in. Good luck!!
