The little black chick hatched while I was out of town. Her dad was a splash frizzle, her mom was gray. Her name is betty.

one of my one week old barred plymouth rocks


and a one week old buff orpington.. i am just so in love with my babies.. first time chicken owner.. we got 3 black australorps, 3 barred plymouth rocks and 3 buff orpingtons.. they are so sweet.. amazing how fast they grow.. watching them sprout wing feathers and tiny tails at only a week old..
