Baby duck needs help!--Too Late my baby passed

I got my baby ducks and geese today in the mail from MM. Well one of the baby ducks is really weak. The baby has its eyes closed and when I get it to take a drink sometimes the water comes out its nostril. I am giving it sugar water. I could use all the help I can get. I posted on emergencies and had 1 reply telling me to try teremycin. Thanks for any help!!
