I have a 2-day old babyduckling and it hasn't got it eyes open and it can't stand up and walk....what can i do to help it..

Not sure about the eyes.... is it eating? Also, does it always have access to water?

i am keeping it in the house and feeding it a little and giving some water with a dropper .I also put it on a heating pad just a little while at a time. Thanks for your help.
