SWAP RULES - This list is subject to change so please check back periodically.

YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO PLAY - IF you are younger- your parent is the only one who can swap your eggs on here.
For example my daughter is 15 and she raises Japanese Bantams- But I swap for her, and I am responsible for the eggs, shipping, packaging, etc.

YOUR 1st offer of EGGS MUST BE PUREBRED!

You then may offer as many other offers as well from mixed pens- as long as they are all bantams- and list the breeds that are in those pens.

If eggs are from mixed colors, please note color combinations. If they are project colors please put that.

Minimum of 6 eggs. Please try to include one or two extras if possible.

If you would like to offer more, that would be fine too.

Please post a pic if you have one it will help your egg move

To qualify for accepting an offer, you need to post what you are offering in return in the same post.

When each trade is posted, please pm or email the person who offered the eggs and work out the shipping arrangements.

The person sending the eggs pays the shipping costs.

When eggs are mailed, swapper needs to send a courtesy email to the swappee to let them know that the eggs are on their way. All Egg Must me shipped with tracking #

All pure breeds of poultry are welcome in the swap. Easter Eggers are Welcome as all as they are non-standard color Ameraucanas. meaning mixed color Ameraucanas

Please offer eggs that you will have available to ship within two weeks of offering. Please send egg no older the 4 day when shipped.

If the thread stalls for 6 hours, try changing your offer if you can.

If combining different breeds, write in pencil the breed.

Side trades are welcome but please use PMs to avoid confusion.

DESCLAMER: BYC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SWAP. BYC is not responsible for egg sent, received or not received. Please do not pm the mod about your eggs. PM me. If you do not receive your egg I can not make them send them but will make sure they do not play anymore. Please remember the Crazy Egg Train, Large Fowl chain, Designer Chain, etc and shipping eggs are a gamble.

PEEPS THAT OWE OTHERS unable to swap until they complete there swap:

Looking for Bantam Wyandottes, especially interested in "Buff Columbian" even if they are 'failed project' birds. (I have 1 that I got as an add-on in a swap meet - turned out to be a sweet champagne color with hints of Columbian, but "not good enough" for the breeder... who I guess discontinued the project - knew I should have bought more of them!) Interested in Any Colors really. Didn't realize Wyandottes came in a Bantam form until I got my 'Chickcanary', she's such a nice bird and broody as all get out. It would be nice to give her some eggs to hatch some more mini-Wyandottes to raise.

My vote would be to make PP okay.

Personally, I have bantams and I want to swap so that I can share those bantams with others and add new blood to my lines.

If somebody doesn't have bantams or chickens at all, and is willing to pay PP to get some, then I don't think we should exclude them from the fun of hatching these wonderful little guys. I think that the PP option promotes the ownership of bantams, the fun of participating in the swap and the fun of hatching, owning and possibly exhibiting chickens for people who might not be able to do so otherwise.

I do believe that it costs me about $12+ just to ship most of my eggs, then there's the fact that I get $12 a dozen for my SQ hatching eggs, so that's an additional $6 that the swap costs me, plus there's the cost of tape and bubble wrap, so $18-$20 would be a fair number to me. In return, I make sure that the eggs are extremely well packed and I try to check fertility often.

Kinmera was suppose to send me eggs on 1\20 and I never got them or heard from her either. I'm afraid something has happened

I have spoken with emvickery but I wanted to apologize here as well

My computer died and I had a financial emergency that prevented me from having any internet access at all for several months. It has all been resolved and I am able to be online again.

Yes and she is so busy... The more she zips around the more I laugh.. She is easy to catch and friendly too...her babies are even sweeter...
