so after much lice, mites, gleet.... discussion, I am thinking I had a combo issue of lice for the lack of feather and then a bully chicken pecking at the bare bums and creating bloody issues. One of my girls is definitely being targeted by
this bully chicken. I have separated them and created a temp home for the bully chicken and another hen that is super docile so they are not totally alone. My question is, I set up a temp nesting box in a tupperware bin with their nesting pad and put a ceramic egg in there to let them know they can lay here. Does anyone ever have an issue with a healthy hen not laying while in a new environment like this? Should i be on lookout for anything, could they become egg bound because of the change? Just want to do right by my sweet girls, even the bully ones
