I think I finally got figured it out with all of your help. Yes I truly believe the blue band is a roo.

That worked! Blue I'd say is definitely a cockerel (it's double barred, and only males can have that), and keep an eye on the orange banded one.

Well I don't know how many believe in the ring test, but orange and blue are roo's. The rest test as pullets. The first time I tried this I held them and they came out all female. So I did it this time with not holding them. I guess it was pulling from me. Lol

Well as we said this one is a Roo.. and the other one was the questionable one with the orange band. The waddles on the orange band are turning but no red on the comb as of yet.
