At first I was going to say pullet but the comb and wattles are big having said that not very red as a too would be so I can see your confusion! What shape are saddle feathers and hackle feathers, round or more pointy ?

I'd say pullet. She isn't lighter "grey" looking boys have and I can't see pointy feathers either
