Ooh! I'll have to get a pic of my chickens! When they're waterer got a crack in it we filled up a plastic sled with water and they've used it ever since.

One time I found a cornish cross pullet just laying in it like she was dead, but when I poked her she got up and acted like I was disturbing her relaxation.

Our polish was like that today...totally just floating in it, we picked her up to make sure she was ok, but just seemed to be completely relaxing in the cool water on a 100+ day today!
