Quote: Gamba stared at the Hyena and growled, letting his nose wrinkle up to display his fangs.
Jake leaped onto the Hyena's back, snapping towards it's head.
Gamba circled the Hyena, tail swishing, eager to attack the unwanted visitor.
While Gamba circled Jake located the spinal chord and crunched down on the hyena, all his might going into the bite.
Gamba ducked his head when the Hyena bucked up and threw its weight to the side. Quickly, he leaped at it, catching it in the throat, but his teeth clamped down on fur instead of flesh.
Jake flew threw the air, then got back up and ran up to the hyena, ripping at it's stomach.
Gamba crouched, forequarters down, rear in the air, wiggling as he shifted position and tested his back legs. "Hold him still," he barked to Jake.
Jake sat on the Hyena's head, where the hyena couldn't squirm.
Gamba leaped at the Hyena, grabbed its throat, and tore.
Jake leaped up, to get out of the way of any potentiol blood.
Gamba slashed at his unprotected throat, teeth ripping through fur and flesh. The Hyena convulsed, bucking to throw him free. Gamba's head shot down again, this time grabbing his mangled throat and pinning him to the ground. He waited until the Hyena stopped struggling, then let go and ran to Jake.
Jake grinned,"Good job, very nice fighting!" He trotted over to Nia,"You didn't get hit at all, did you?"
Nia walked towards Jake, then ducked her muzzle under his throat and pressed it there. "I'm fine," she murmured.
Jake licked her face,"Good, You fine, Gamba?"
Nia looked back at Gamba. He had his ears down, expression uncertain, cautious even.
Jake looked at Gamba,"What's wrong?"
