Beautiful Boy, But Perhaps Not A Buff Orpington?

We got our rooster, Franklin, from someone in town last year along with 3 hens. The hens appear/were sold as standard Buff Orpingtons, but the more I look at Franklin, the more I think he could be a crossbreed. He has been throwing some unusually colored chicks from our flock of red hens, Buff Orpingtons, Speckled Sussex (I’m starting to think she a cross due to her Easter- Egger-looking head) and Gold Lace Wyandotte.
I’d describe his color as a beautiful orange, and he has some iridescent green in his tail and wings. See also some pictures of his offspring.

And, the chick in picture #8 is a cockerel..

The rooster is most definitely not a pure Orpington. How many of your birds are bearded?
Here are pictures of everybody except the Gold Laced Wyandotte and the third Buff Orpington. Unfortunately they met a predator a couple weeks ago.
Also, there are 22 chicks in total. I only posted some of them.
