Beginnings of Fowl Pox?

Hopefully I 'm just freaking myself out! One of my BOs has this weird little spot on her comb..its not raised, there's only been this one in the past 2-3 days..its more of a discoloration. But I cant figure out what it is. Doesn't look like a peck wound..
