Best Fried Eggs Ever?

So I got into a you tube video the other day on Pemmican. Which led me to rendering tallow. Which led me to the butcher shop who was long on grass fed suet in the cooler due to lack of demand. Long story short, I got a smoking deal on 10lbs of suet from grass fed cattle. I did two pounds this morning in the crock pot and just now took some off the top. For instructions on how to do this go to you tube and search render tallow in crock pot. Well let me tell you, these eggs are unreal! So tasty! Fried up perfectly. I thought my eggs done in Ghee were good, these are outrageous.
