Best Incubator for ~15 eggs? NR360, Brinsea, something else?

Question on the egg turners. I have the NR360 and I like the way it slowly rotates the egg completely around 360 degrees. Are the turners that just tilt the eggs like 90 degrees back and forth as good for the hatching as one that turns the egg completely? Or does it make a difference as long as it is moved? I am just curious.

I forgot to mention that the 12 Rouen duck eggs I put in my NR360 last Tuesday are all fertile and look like they are doing well (I just weighed, penciled the air sack, and candled them). Hoping they all make it to lock down ;)

@CHlCKEN and I are both working on plans to hatch eggs for others because neither of us can keep more chicks. We're wondering what incubators to use- I've heard great things about both the Nurture Right 360 but also Brinsea incubators. I'd prefer to avoid styrofoam incubators, but not go above $250.
Thoughts on NR360 vs Brinseas or if there's another that's better?
NURTURE RITE 360... I just hatched my first hatch. All 16 eggs hatched. it worked great.
