best way to travel short distances with ducks?

im really hoping to take my 2 muscovy drakes to the vet soon, and need to know how to most minimize stress.
chances are, we'll be going in a truck so theyd be in the bed. it would be about an hour from here to the vet, so a two hour round trip. i have one dog kennel and no clue if they'll both fit inside, but wouldnt want to do that anyway, seeing how they fight so much. i might be able to borrow a large pet carrier, if im lucky.
how do i keep them comfortable for this?

If you have two large plastic storage bins and drill a bunch of air holes in the lids, you could put one in each bin and strap them in really well.

i dont thin i have storage bins i can use, plus id like for them to be able to see eachother, just not attack eachother
