Hello! I'm Back! Finally got our internet back after over a whole week of not having it!!! We had a massive ice storm that took our power out for 5 days! We don't even have a generator!
Junty: That Ice storm was a pain, I couldn't go on BYC for a week!
Goldberry: I know, it was a pain!
Queeny: And I couldn't go on facebook either!!
Buttons: On what!??
Queeny: Facebook...
Tershen: I thought you weren't allowed facebook!!
Queeny: well...
Tabura: Hmph...
Tringle: That's sooo unfair!!
Saro: I know!
In the chick enclosure:

Dotti: It's so nice to have a larger area now!
Daffodil: I know it is!
Moonshine: I can't wait until we get to move to the aviary like Nightshade and his Mommy.
Other Chicks: They're soo lucky!

In the aviary:

Didjety: Come over here.
Nightshade: Ok, Ok, It's so nice to be in with the big chickens!
Snap Dragon: *Scratch, Scratch* Hey, Look what I found! It's grey, hard and roundish!
Doby: It's a rock you silly! And it's not round!

Elanor: I couldn't imagine life without power!

Buttermilk: I got all my-
Snap: Don't say it; it's unchicken.
Buttermilk: -homework done.
Hazel: As did I. :3
Hedwig: I'm growing wing feathers! I'm also taking a Jr. Feathering class. :3
Omelette: I'm thinking about joining the Jr. Flying team....... What do you guys think? I don't fly too much like up on the brim, but I do fly around outside the brooder.

...But I noticed something...Teen fiction is full of books about vampires and wherewolves, but NOTHING whatsoever about chickens...
Yeah...what's with that? We need chicken novels!!!! :p

Lady: I'm broody too, Cookie. But the humans still insist on removing me from my eggs! Why can't they just leave me alone?!
Princess: Ahem...'cause you still aren't sitting on any eggs!

Willhemina: HIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Penny: Willy! That is no way for a lady to act!
Willhemina: Who said I'm a lady?
Lizzy: Uh! I wish Mommy would make up her mind about our names! We JUST got 100% sure. I'm Guinevere, AKA Guine or Guiney, and Indy/Inga is officially Kala.
Willy: I'm still Willy!
Kala: I'm so excited! We go home tomorrow!
Henny: Mom is going to coop school us!!!!!! Starting next year.
Louise: She's looking for a co-op group right now.
Akira: She wasn't pleased with Silver Chunk, but the Headmaster says we have to finish the year.
Audrey: I will miss my friends...and my art teacher... :(
Midge: Audge, you'll be fine! Maybe the co-op will have art classes!
Kala: I would be interested in art as well.
Henny: Bisquick and gang, do you know if most co-ops have art?

Selena: Since when has the headmaster's word been law, Louise and co? During the lice breakouts at our school which caused Mommy to pull us out, the Headmaster said that the issue would be resolved within a week, and told us not to coopschool. It didn't, the school is still having lice breakouts, and every so often it will have to close for anti-lice treatments, and students have to be bussed to other schools.
Sophia: You guys will LOVE coopschooling! I just transferred from the school we went to back at the farm, and it is SO fun.
Elanor: I like it because you can learn at your own pace.
Marianne: what was wrong with Silver Chunk, Louise?
Whilloghby: It depends on the co-op, Henny. Ours doesn't because you only go once a month, and so it only covers core classes and the more in-depth electives such as reading. There'd be no point in us taking an art or gym or other "freestyle" type class if it only happened once a month, since you can't give homework in those types of courses. BUt co-ops that you attend once or twice a week usually DO have art. And if the closest doesn't happen to have art, you can just do artwork on your own.
Margaret: For goodness sake, that question was directed at the BBSJ squad, Whilloghby!
