Black Australorp or Black Jersey Giant?

if any of them have REALLY BLACK legs, its jersey giant. if its yellow/blackish its australorp. I have a pictures of both them. I also own a JG and Austlorp roosters.
And Jersey giant is so much BIG than Australorp.JG are slow mature.

I find the yellow bottoms tend to bleed through making the Giant upper legs more Greenish/Black while the BA's are more Slate black from the lack of hint of yellow.

I've wondered the same about mine. I have BAs and BGs and WGs hens from a hatchery. The BAs and WGs are 1 yr old next month. My so called WGs are no bigger than the BAs. The BGs are 7 mons and not quite as big as the BAs. FYI The BAs are normal size chickens. Roughly the same as my New Hampshire Reds. I would love some REAL black jersey Giants, but I think I'm going with Langshans next. Wheres a good place to get them?
