Black copper maran roo?

Bought this little guy at 6 weeks old as a roo. He's now about 9 weeks give or take. Just wanted to check if we agree he's a boy. I wouldn't be gutted if he's a girl because we have about 6 boys out of a total of 9 we hatched and bought as day olds... but I'm hoping for an older boy to expedite making olive eggers.

Thanks! I was sure he was but my husband started questioning due to his coloring not being like a rooster yet! I told him he's young still and just needs time but I had to ask!
