Black copper marans (m or f?)

Age? Is this the same bird as your original post? The pics make it hard to see if there is a red feather coming in on the wings. I can't tell if it's a terrified pullet being forced into relations that is afraid to visit the feeder for what it will cost her or a cockerel getting the snot beat out of it for feeling frisky and therefore trying to hide his masculinity...

Yes, females do get the copper color around their whole neck... though it can vary. That is a nice copper color too... my first generation was a bit to blonde.
Cool! Now I can kill the original rooster and this will replace it. OG rooster attacks!!
