Below please find the duo in question. On or near the date of March 28th the suspects in question arrived on the scene. Apprearing quite innocent, they called themselves French Black Marans admitting they were straight run. They are very different, one disguised wearing a greenish tint to its feathering, the other blue. One has traditional leg feathering, the other clean shanks. One holds its tail high, the other low. Do not approach, they may steal your heart. Pix#1, 2, & 3 the dangerous suspect, pix 4 of them together fleeing the scene, please note tails, pix 5, potential female.
Please if you have any information pertaining to these birds, write @MacNana

Wait, but the other one shoed the signs. The thicker legs larger comb and waddles and the possible saddle feathers coming in.
Leg thickness doesn’t mean anything and the comb and wattles are not THAT big for the bird’s age. Marans comb up early. Also I see no saddle or hackle feathers. Where are you seeing those?

It seems that suspects 1, 2, 3, and show sure signs of a roo! You'll need some further inspection of the suspects to confirm this. I'd say to look at suspect number 2's long tail, small comb if there even is one there, and the much smaller waddles. Also.... look at suspect number 2's feet and legs, they are rather small don't you think? I'd say suspect number 2 is a hen and the suspect number 1 is a roo, him having much bigger and rather more prominent features prooves he's then guilty of being a roo.
