Black hard Spot under chicks vent

I have a lavender Orpington two week old chick that has a black spot under her vent. The spot is hard, but she’s eating and drinking just fine as well as very active. She’s also pooping normally as far as I know and doesn’t seem to have trouble with that. I’m worried that this is something that will become detrimental if not taken care of now or pass along to the other chicks any help would be appreciated.

I’m sorry I should have been more clear in my initial post. I’m worried about the bruised looking area. It’s very very hard. Is this normal?

Leave it alone and don't mess with it as you could reopen the umbilicus which can lead to severe infection/sepsis. The crust will fall off on its own
