Blood ring?

Is this a blood ring? The duckling is still moving but slowed.

I posted yesterday about 2/3 of the eggs possibly being quitters. I am very worried and attached to this egg.

This is my first time incubating eggs. I keep the humidity at 55% and temperature at 99.5. There are 12 days left until hatch day.

Any information or guidance would be helpful.

I still see veins so I would leave it be for now
