I purchased 2 sexed male blue ameraucana From a hatchery. They are almost 12 weeks old. One is obviously a male. The other looks more female. The suspected female is also non bearded so won’t be bred, but it would be great to at least get eggs. Could I have got lucky and actually received a male & female? I have received males when purchasing sexed female, but never the other way around.

Looks like cockerals. But if these are hatchery Ameraucana, I'd be pissed. Currently, hatchery Ameraucanas costs more than what most regular breeders charge, ex. from Mypetchicken, Meyer and/or Cackle. To get a non-tuff/muff is just too sad. The coloring is also not that great for blues. You're better off finding Ameraucana breeders off Ameraucana Breeders Club and/or Ameraucana Alliance breeders directory.
