Looks like a Cemani cockerel...or hona. They start showing comb formation in the first couple weeks. Are the legs dark and feet dark...that will rule out more of the isbar showing.
If you've got a hona much more rare than the isbar. I paid 3x as much for my hona's then I did my isbars. However, My they all live together.The breeder does have hona chicks, and they don't separate the eggs during hatching. Svart hona is a good posibility.
