BLUE ISBARS - Pictures and discussion

My guess is either a full-blood Svarthöna or Ayam Cemani, or an Isbar mixed with one of those. Isbars have light skin. I think the fibromelanistic gene is dominant, but I am not positive.
 
Can someone who has raised these before take a look at this comb? This chick is about 6 weeks old, and that's a pretty big comb for so young a chick. Also, I can see small feathers that might be sickle feathers starting to form near the tail. Cockerel possibly?
Looks like a Cemani cockerel...or hona. They start showing comb formation in the first couple weeks. Are the legs dark and feet dark...that will rule out more of the isbar showing.
