The first ever Isbar chick I hatched: Congrats! I love the pics! I have my bestie up and running as well with one blue isbar CM mix. I hope it makes it. My youngest Olivia started to lay two days ago. So pretty I love the look of the birds, size and eggs.

There are few black Isbars in this neck of the woods--- I hope it is black! The father was a chick I got from Omega Hills summer of 2014 - the mother is a descendent of the originals -- and of that little quad, she is the only one I have left.

sorry, I put in your post . I meant to comment on it. My new hens is the dark green with dots. My other one started like that but now her eggs are getting lighter.

those are pretty eggs! congrats on your pullet's first egg. :O)
