Welcome to BYC!
Jubilee is genetically Mille Fleur with Mahogany I believe. The mottling gene is present. I THINK chicks will come out primarily blue or black with some leakage. (You need two copies of the mottling gene for it to express). Crossing the chicks produced together or back to the Jubilee parent will give you some interesting patterns. Hopefully more genetically savvy members will comment.
