Received a hen from family. Unsure of age. She is rather large and black all over. Noticed a bulge beneath her vent. Upon checking it out. It is not squishy like other posts describe for hernias or internal laying, etc. It seems like almost a sack of rubbery marbles.
ANY idea? She is fine otherwise. No egg from her yet.
