Bought “sexed” chicks from the feed store, confirm my suspicions that this is a cockerel???

I purchased three Cuckoo Maran chicks from our local feed store that were supposed to be sexed but I’m 99.9% positive I got a rooster...ugh! I know the sexing is not 100% accurate but I am so frustrated! Here is ‘his’ comb/wattle photo and tail. Plus a photo of one of the others I got at the same time. Unless I have one chick who is developing WAY more rapidly than the others I’ve got a boy,

That’s bad odds with only 3 birds but it happens. Might check if they’ll take him back or not if you can’t keep him.

Unfortunately where I live roosters are not allowed. The feed store will not take them back, I’ve already asked. I will post him online locally and see if I get any takers. If not, I guess I figure something out. I’m sure someone will want him.
