Brahma eggs being greenish???

Looking at the first pics that you posted, the second up from the bottom on the right side looks just like my ee from the base of the neck up. Can't wait to see what they look like when they're grown.

Update on the chicks... all fuzzy and in the brooder

Interesting how different things crop up. We have a little mixed cochin. I'll be interested to see how her one little chick turns out.
I sure is. I had what was suppose to be white leghorns, wyandottie, and rir. Out of one of their eggs hatched a chick that grew up to look exactly like a BR.

Hello BYC users and followers...
It has been ages since last i have posted and been active (university life) but back and also back into the backyard chicken raising... i have 9 beautiful brahma chickens (3males, 6 females) which i raised and wanted to find out why my hens have started laying... one of the hen is laying light brown to cream eggs while the rest are laying green... is that normal??? I do know that a few breeds do lay green eggs, but didn't know that brahma chickens didand do they seem to hatch if fertilized???... thanks in advance and sorry for the poor pictures
