Brahma Rooster Legs Red HELP?

Can someone please help me figure out what I should do with my Brahma Rooster. His foot has been red for a couple weeks and I know for a fact that we don't have mites. I do see some of the hens picking on his foot so I would stop them and spray him with a picking spray. Or should I just soak it in epsom salt. Please help any advice I'd gladly take.

I'd apply some NuStock cream to help sooth the legs and hopefully deter the hen from picking at his feet.
