Breed and Gender ID?

4 weeks ago 12 chicks and their Mama joined our flock. Now I'm wondering what they are and am hoping to find out which are hens and which are Roos. They are 4-5 (?) weeks old so may be too soon?

I'm not sure if they are the same bird, but chick in picture one looks like a pullet and chick in picture two like a rooster.
