Breed Identification Requested

A friend took this pic of a couple of chickens she saw that were "outlaws loose and runnin".

They are both beautiful birds, but the one in front (white with black) is quite striking. Can anyone tell me what breed it is? Is it a white Sussex, by chance?

It's actually what we call blue in chickens, just with darker neck feathers. She could be a Sapphire Gem or some different kind of mix.

Here's a Sapphire Gem pretty similar to that one, at least to me. This variety is a hatchery hybrid bred for egg production.
