Breed of rooster

Just wondering, is he a New Hampshire-or what? He seems sort of small to me but maybe thats his breed! If he is a bantam though any ideas of what the size of his offspring would be if the hen is a standard size?

He looks like a mixed breed, probably with some Leghorn blood in him. Also, he is large fowl, not a bantam

Does he have a fifth toe (I can't tell looking at the pic)? I'm thinking with those short white legs, he is a Red Dorking or Red Dorking mixed rooster.

I agree. I didn't think of Dorking, that would explain the pink legs!
