How old are they? We can make more accurate answers if we know ageI got these 5 little chicks from an elementary school that hatched them and didn't have any place for them to go. I have no idea if they are purebred or mixed or anything. The teacher just said a parent donated them.
Pullet, maybe black Australorp mix
Barred rock mix cockerel, I'm pretty sure
Black australorp cockerel
Mixed (maybe part Black Australorp), thinking pullet but unsure
Thinking cockerel, Mix
either a gender or breed or both, any guess would be appreciated.
Then I think you have two pullets and three cockerels. Not 100% on the barred rock mix looking again, but I think it's a boy based on the amount of red. Females may begin getting a little pink at this age, depending on breed, but they should be pretty pale and smallSorry meant to include that they are 8 weeks.
