Breed?

This chicken is almost 1 and I would love to know the breed. At first many thought Pepper was a roo, we've never heard crowing but I'm not sure who lays what eggs...I probably should pay better attention to that!

She looks like a Black Andalusian or Black Minorca hen to me.
