Brinsea Eco 20 users, please help

I have this thing running to get it all figured out before I put eggs in.
The Brinsea thermometor is just about at 100 and the thermometer down where the eggs will sit is at 97.
Is this ok? Or should I raise the brinsea temp until the egg area is 99.5?

The Brinsea thermometer is never accurate. Toss it. What kind of thermometer is it? I leave a digital laying in with the eggs and mine reads 99
