Brinsea Mini Advance Settings Question

Hi there! I haven't hatched eggs out in a few years and I'm unsure of a few settings on my Brinsea Mini Advance incubator. How many degrees up and down should I set the hi and lo temperatures alarm for? How long do I set the cooling off period for? (60? 120? 180?) Lastly, what is the correct turn angle for a hen's egg?

Is it a Mini Advance or Mini Advance II?
