Broken shells-help!!

My cat knocked the incubator off the counter this afternoon. Chicks were due to hatch tomorrow or the next day. At least 2 of them are still alive. Their shells are completely broken but the membranes are intact. I have them back in the incubator but I’m not sure if I should just monitor them or if I’d have to help at some point?

I would say leave them be if their membranes are intact I had one that I was candling cause it was late then when I put it back I accidentally dropped the incubator lid on top of it completely destroyed the shell but it made it and is alive today if you see any signs of struggle after they pip trying to zip then I would help but until then I would leave it.
