Sadly the chick passed away because the chick won’t even open his eyes and do not walk at all but mom still got one more egg about to hatch

Hang in there, i know its so sad to see. Crossing fingers on the next egg!!!

I’m glad one made it One week old now?

fingers crossed for a pullet hehe.

Mine hatched out 2 and I gave her the other 5 from the incubator

I’m not sure if it’s because they are bantams, but they are a lot less skittish than my last broody hatch from the same momma. Momma is also not as nervous as her first time, so maybe that also has something to do with it.
