Buff duck a female?

Both are 14 weeks old. Cayuga shows some tail feather curl, I can tell the Cayuga is a drake, but I'm not sure about the Buff.The Buff seems to be getting darker in the head. At 14 weeks, would the Buff have more head color if it's a drake? Buff is much smaller than the Cayuga. Can't tell by the quack. Their names are Click and Clack (the black)!

I'm not a duck expert. However, I am leaning towards hen. But, I've never raised Buff ducks.
