Buff Duck Hatching

I have a buff duck who is now sitting on her eggs, I'm going to let her hatch them. Do I count from the time she sits on them or when the last one was laid? And how many days does it take a buff duckling to hatch? Thank you for advise.

You count from the time she begins to sit full time other than to get up and eat ,drink, bathe and poop it's 28-30 days. Like if she started brooding today full time tomorrow would be day one.
