Bumble foot changes

I’ve been treating my chicken with bumble foot for about a week or so. I thought the feet were healing (She has sores on the bottom of middle toes on both feet), but it looks like the swelling around the scab is getting hardened, like callous’s. She’s not lame and the scabs aren’t blackened. Should I remove the scabs to see if there’s something still going on underneath them? I do not let her perch at night so there’s no added pressure on the areas from that. Any thoughts?

Can you go get a clear picture of the bottom of each foot now?
