Button quail questions....

It's time to clean my new button babies aquarium and I'd like to know what is the safest product to use. When I originally cleaned it I used bleach and a tad of dish soap and then left it in the sun for a day. I can't leave the birds in their temp home for that long and I'm not sure that I should use bleach.

I'd also like to know if millet sprays are something that the birds would enjoy and if they it's healthy for them.

What type of temp housing to you use while cleaning their home? I was thinking of using a large paperbag with pine shavings.

Hey Sharon! Im a newcomer to the Button quail world as well. I would say just put them in a old fish tank or plastic container with some pine shavings while cleaning their main pen. And what is millet sprays? I have given bobwhite millet sprigs and they do just fine. They LOVE IT. I wouldnt see why it would be harmful to buttons.
