Sure. I basically used this process:

But my squares are quilted with thin batting in between, and MUCH smaller - these blocks were 4 inches each.

Thanks, that was very imformative. I thought maybe it was classified, and I would have to search out my own pattern.

Nah! I'm wanting to try something different next time too - I want the base of the purse to be like an oval shape, I'll have to sew like a tube shape and attach that to the base... I'll take pictures along the way if I get that going.

Does anyone watch RFDtv? Last nigt late i was watching Quilt in A Day, and she was doing a star in a star pattern. Well I didn't write down the measurements. Did anyone see it, or does anyone have a pattern?

Ok do these colors work?

I printed (on fabric) two pictures of the kids, and I want to put them on each side of a purse, if I can figure it all out.

I pulled out some charm squares and a couple of fat quarters, but I'm not sure - perhaps I should go with pink and brown shades instead of pink and purple???

I like the darker one, but just because those are my color preferences, also I'd have a light purse slopped up in no time.

How did you print the pictures on? I'm thinking of making memory quilts for the boys, but haven't looked into the process of printing the pictures on fabric.
