Here are my hatch babies from today and yesterday....11 out of 13 hatched!

I bought these guys as calico cochins, are they true calicos or millie's?

I decided to share my calicos I received from Fancy Feathers. Unfortunately it seems that this year is the year of the roo/drake around here. Drakes/roos are way out numbering the girls. These birds are about 6 months old: My Pullet (yes just one...sigh) The boys: Roo1: (This ones my favourite Roo2: Roo3: Roo4: Roo5: And this one-could this one just maybe be a pullet? Anyone looking for a calico roo

I guees you could consider the roo calico. Really though, they are Mille's though as Calicos are the birds who don't have the desired Mille Fleur pattern for the Mille project.

Thanks-I love #1 too. Yes they are all from Nancy. She sent them as chicks....I just had all the luck and got mostly roos.

I guess you got the luck of the draw on those. I wouldn't be afraid to hang on to #5 either.

I have calico cochins but theyre only black, white, grey speckled with hints of blue-ish coloring on their tails

Ok thank you, I've been looking at pictures and was afraid they might not really be calico's. :/ I still love them though lol!
