Can Chickens get a stroke

a couple weeks ago my chicken Angel was getting beat up by some of my other chickens and she was bleeding and I put her in a horse stall and she felt lonely so I put in a chicken that would not beat her up and they were fine but then she stopped moving eating and drinking I thought that she did this while I was at school but I was wrong she had a very sudden lost of weight and a few days later she died
P.S she was 2 years old, she was a buff orpington, there was 5 other chickens, no other flock member was ill/or died, once I took her to poultry show she was never right and her vent came out after the show
did my chicken have a stroke?????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think there was something wrong with her the other birds sensed and that's why they attacked her. Chickens can sense illness or weakness and are ruthless to cull out weaker members of society. It's brutal, but that's how they are.
