I have 29 Pullets and 4 Cockerels, they are 4 months 3 weeks old right now. I have 2 Calico Princess that started laying at 3 and 1/2 months old, 2 Midnight Majesty Marans that started at 4 months old and 1 Easter Egger that started 4 days ago. I was wondering if their eggs will get larger when they reach full maturity or is this the size they will stay?

Pretty much all pullets will lay small eggs when they first start laying. The eggs will start getting bigger as the pullets get older.
My Easter Egger started out laying huge eggs instead of small, for some odd reason.

It can take days to weeks to months for eggs to get up to a 'large' size.
Most take weeks, had one EE start to lay very large eggs with one week.
