can i feed my 14 weeks hens layig meach ??

my reds (rhode islands) are 14 weeks old and i am feeding them laying mash and they are not laying eggs yet should i continue or stop and start when they are bigger ???

You CAN feed any bird layer feed but you SHOULDN'T.
How old were they when you started feeding layer?
Any bird not producing eggs shouldn't be getting layer, the younger the bird the more damaging 4% calcium is to their kidneys.

This time of year in the Northern hemisphere, one shouldn't expect eggs till at least 20 weeks.
